Brand new and has the raised nose and browband. It comes with a set of English Laced reins and the caveson. This bridle is miniature horse size. The measurements are:
Noseband: 17 1/2" at the smallest and 20 1/2" at the largest.
Browband: 12"
Bit to Bit measurement: 23" at the shortest and 30" at the longest
It is just for the bridle although the picture shows the bridle with a bit. The bit can be purchased separately.
